Values based Leadership Programme for teaching staff

Cork ETB is offering, on a pilot basis, a  programme designed to explore and develop concepts of educational leadership in the context of a Post Primary education setting. The programme is constructed around a number of modules that are informed by the theories and practices of Authentic Leadership. The purpose of the programme is to enable leaders and potential leaders to develop their own Personal Leadership Plan. The aim is to develop capacity and to empower people to step up to lead.
